For new development, you can send us a draft drawing with the shape measurement, material requirement, plating requirement, application area, leather thickness where to use, or any information you can offer. Surely, for simple hardware item, you can just give us the description with few of words, for example, I need a square pin buckle, round wire and WT is 4mm, ID 15mm, IH 20mm, and 3mm normal iron pin.

Generally we will do the simulation trial via CAD, and make the assembly trial before formal mold, such as CNC or 3D printing to make the elements and assembly into a full set, second step is to verify the actual performance for mold sample, and performs relevant test to verify the reliability, such as pulling strength test, drop test, durable test, functional test, chemical test, etc., we will make sure everything goest smootyly before bulk production. 

After you confirm the first proto you need, please send us by Email to tell us which item is you need. Then we
will make a proforma invoice to you asap. There will be contain the delivery time, payment item and total amount you need to pay.
Also please don`t forget to tell us the shipping information of yours: company name, address, phone No, airport or seaport. And
the products you need : item No, quantity , color and size etc

There have three ways for choose: by courier express like DHL, Fedex, UPS etc , by sea , by air.
By the courier express:
We can get a good discount from the DHL,UPS or other courier, if you need the goods urgently ,this way will be quickly and safe.
They can send to your address directly. You just need to waiting. The delivery time is about 5-7 days.
By the air:
They charge also as the weight, a little cheaper than express company. The time will be about 4-7 days to the airport which
nearest your place. You should to do the customs clearance and collect the goods by yourself.
By the sea:
If your time is enough and the goods is heavy weight, we suggest you use this shipping way. They charge by the CBM, 1CBM only
about 30-200USD for the different zone. But the shipping time is long; normal will be about 30 days to your seaport. Also you need
to do the customs clearance and collect the goods by yourself.
